As a full service venue we off a “one stop shop” event planning experience. All event needs from rentals, decor, entertainment, staffing, and catering can all be provided by our professional vendors and in-house services. All events are staffed with an Event Coordinator for day of event management to provide a smooth running event from set-up to break-down.

Catering

At Atlanta Event Center, located in Midtown Atlanta, we offer full service catering for your special event. Your guests will enjoy the most exquisite dishes that are prepared by award winning chefs and staff. You can have dishes specially prepared to complement your occasion for a stunning presentation your guests are sure to remember. Our catering service is available for parties of all types including mitzvahs, birthday parties,wedding receptions, corporate events, and much more.

Our kitchen is well equipped to prepare any culinary concoction you may have in mind. Event Hours & Rates

Available Event Hours

Sunday: Must end by Midnight

Monday & Tuesday: Must end by 3am

Wednesday – Saturday: Must end by 10:30pm or 11pm for an increased F&B Minimum.

Event services are quoted per event: Rentals (Tables/Chairs/Linens/Furniture), Entertainment (Band, DJ, Casino, Acrobats, Roamers, etc…), Décor (Centerpieces, Entrance Scapes, Buffet Décor and Drape), Additional A/V, Graphic Design Work, Gobo, Door Management & Registration, Favors, Photography, Transportation, Specialty Desserts and Cakes.

Prices are Subject to Change without Notice.

The Rental Fee includes 8 hours of rental (4 Hours for Set-up and 4 Hours for Event)

Rental extensions are based on event details and staff availability.

Opera has relationships with Atlanta’s hottest vendors and receives discounts along with great service. Vendor referrals can be provided or we can manage these details for you.

Wedding Packages are customized for each client, pricing varies accordingly.

Corporate Receptions

Opera Atlanta Event Center is truly honored to assist you with planning this momentous occasion. Opera is one of the premier bat and bar mitzvah venues near Downtown Atlanta that offers a truly distinctive and elegant setting to celebrate one of the most important lifetime events. We have three rooms to select from including the main Opera room which has a grand and expansive feel, the Venetian room which provides more of an intimate setting, and the outdoor Cabana which offers a comfortable and relaxing outdoor setting. All three spaces can accommodate your main event as well as DJs, technological equipment for slideshows, and more.

Movie Filmings

Atlanta has become one of the busiest cities for movie filmings and we are one of the top Atlanta venues location scouts seek out to produce small and large film productions. We offer hourly, daily, and weekly rental options for any all of our spaces separately or for the entire venue. We can accommodate all catering needs through our in-house kitchen with customized hot and cold meal options including snacks and beverages. If additional space is needed for extras, filming, or catering than one of the three areas our venue provides, we offer opening our connected archway entrance to the Wimbush House Ballroom that provides an additional 1,962 square feet of open space (additional charges apply). All filming rentals provide full security and a venue manager at all times. Our client list has included films by 20th Century Fox, NetFlix, Sony Pictures, Lifetime, HBO, Walt Disney Pictures, and MGM.
